The LORD GOD Is PRESENT!

We can rest in God because He is near. From the Old Testament to the New, God reminds us in His love letter to humanity that He is near and present, even when we do not feel or see Him.

His presence with us is ever-present. He does not slumber nor sleep. His eyes are always upon us, and He knows and sees everything. He is in control of everything. He either permits or does not permit things that happen. He is sovereign over it all. He is good and patient! How comforting is that?

The Lord God tells us in His Word, the Bible, the Holy Scriptures, not to be anxious and not to worry because He is our God and He is with us and He will bring us through it all.

Yahweh commands us to be strong and courageous, not to be dismayed or in dread because God Almighty, the Maker of Heaven and Earth, the Creator of everything, is with us wherever we go. Wow, what a statement, what a promise!

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous!

Do not be in dread or be dismayed,

for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go.

Joshua 1:9

Do we believe it? If I believe then I should live like it and my emotions, feelings and all that jazz does not matter then even when my feelings and emotions are real; God knows and He understands us but He does not want us to be lead by these emotions and feelings depending on our current circumstance, situation and weather conditions ets but only to be lead by Him. I confess I am guilty of allowing my emotions and feelings to lead me and to act and behave accordingly. I thank the Lord for His forgiveness and mercy. I am growing in the Lord by His grace and mercy.

As I am writing, the Holy Spirit is ministering to me and encouraging me as I am battling through a struggle and know that the Lord has delivered me, and I will continue to press on with His help, as God has got me through this since He has delivered me through so much in my whole life, what a testimony of God!

Do not fear, for I am with you;

I will bring your seed from the east,

And gather you from the west.

Isaiah 43:5

Even if I don’t feel God near me at times, as living in this natural world is not easy when I want to be in His physical presence, and one day I will be with Him forever and ever. Still, though, even in this natural world, the Lord reveals Himself supernaturally to us and lets us know at the right time when He knows is best for us each that He is so near and He is so near, whether we feel Him or not. That is the point for us to know and believe. To believe not just from the experiences we have, which are a blessing, but from God’s word, the truth, He tells us - He is so near, so we should not waver but believe Him when He tells us these things and not just look for signs and wonders. Amen.

Yahweh is my light and my salvation;

Whom shall I fear?

Yahweh is the strong defense of my life;

Whom shall I dread?

Psalm 27:1

God is my everything, even now as I write, the enemy is trying to attack, and he has been every day. Some days I feel it more, and other days seems more quiet. Praise God for His grace, which is sufficient for me, and He gives me respite and gives me the faith and belief and dresses me in His armour, the armour of God, to dress in daily, as Ephesians 6 tells us. I am a soldier in God’s army, and by His help I desire to obey His commands and orders. I hold on to God for dear life because He is my life, and without Him, I am dead; I have no life.

When I am afraid,

I will trust in You.

In God, whose word I praise,

In God I trust;

I shall not be afraid.

What can mere man do to me?

Psalm 56:3-4

Fear is an enemy that the enemy uses against us. Now there is a good kind of fear, like the fear of God most important thing in life, and crossing the road safely or avoiding certain places at night, walking alone. God has given us healthy doses of fear and instincts to help us make urgent, good and better choices.

Moreover, how beautiful is God’s word to us! When I am afraid, I trust in Him. He is God Almighty, and He loves us dearly, and He is with us; therefore, there is nothing to fear, and what can man do to us?

For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels,

nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,

nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to

separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8:38-39

There is so much Word from God telling us that He is so near and present, even if all the odds are against us, He is always with us and will get us through, and nothing can separate us from Him and His love for us, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. It’s not what we see around us, but Who we know.

Further, if we put two and two together, even before the Cross the love of God for us, but how about when the Creator put on flesh and came and lived among us and died a horrible death inflicted by His creation, the only way to save us and to take our place and pay for our sins the penalty due every one of us, the Love of God is beyond the human comprehension although God grows and gives us understanding and glimpses of it. That alone helps us to know Him and meditate on His love and goodness for us. Hallelujah!

Behold, the virgin shall be with child and shall bear a Son, and they shall call His Name Immanuel, which translated means, God with us.

Matthew 1:23

He came and saved us because He loved us and did not want us to perish in our sins, as He will judge sin if it’s not covered by His blood. Thus, those who do not want forgiveness for their sins and think that they are good enough to step in front of God and demand to be let in with Him will be very tragically disappointed eternally and will be separated from Him. What a loving, good God we have that He judges righteously and all evil will be judged eternally, but equally He has provided a way out for us to be with Him eternally and have life, wow!

And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate,

That He may be with you forever;

The Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive,

because it does not see Him or know Him.

You know Him because He abides with you and will be in you.

John 14:16-17

The Lord Jesus told the disciples and tells all of us that He will give us another advocate, the Holy Spirit, God’s Spirit, who will abide with us and be in us, with those who are saved. God wants to save all. He desires that none perish, but He knows that not everybody will want to be saved from their sins and want to be with Him. People want to be in Heaven without God. But Heaven does not exist if God is not there. This scripture above is another evident proof of God’s presence with us, that He clearly tells us, how amazing as I think about it now.

God’s Presence is always with us; let’s rest and rejoice in that, dear ones. Saints, be encouraged, and precious souls who don’t know Jesus Christ, be saved and do not perish, rejoice in that.

Teaching them to keep all that I commanded you; and behold,

I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
